Another reader can't submit form issue

Using Acrobat Pro 6.0, I created a form with 6 text fields and a submit form button. Works fine on my Mac, when opened with Reader on Windows on PC, it gives "operation not permitted... " when "submit" button is clicked. All usage rights are allowed under "document properties." All fonts except a Helvetica are embedded. User cannot save form even if submit button is removed.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 6.0, Macintosh

You need to make sure all the fonts are embedded. Otherwise recipients will receive this message when they attempt to open a reader-enabled file.

I have about this same issue, it's not worth creating a new topic for it.
I created a form in Acrobat 9 pro. Eveything works well.. Couple of fields to fill in and a submit button with a mailto: in the link and sending the whole pdf file.
On some computers this form works perfect.
On other computers I get the same error message as the topic-starter here.

I also found the solution about the fonts.
When I look at the fonts of my file it says the following:

Arial (embedded)
Type: TrueType
Encoding: Ansi

Arial (Embedded Subset)
Type: TrueType (CID)
Encoding: Identity-H

TimesNewRoman (Embedded Subset)
Type: TrueType (CID)
Encoding: Identity-H

I checked my document and I only find the Arial font (I've selected each Text-part in the document and looked at the properties, also from each field I checked the properties.)
I don't find TimesNewRoman anywhere.

I have to mention that I created this form from a Word-Document, which has a table in it.

Does someone know how I can make this form work on all computers? How I can change the TimesNewRoman font (if necessary?)

I hope someone is able to help me out with this, since this is a very important document.

Ps.
When I examine the document, I get the messages:
Metadata (2 items)
Document and Images, but I can't change this when I press Show Preview.

and

Form fields (46 items)
It just shows all the fields? don't know why this is shown?

Recreated form in Illustrator, changed fonts to outline (so there are no fonts). Form action is set to submit entire PDF form.
When PC/Explorer 6 user opens form, he gets message that only data will be sent, not entire form - no matter what mail program he chooses. His default mail program is Outlook Express, which will not allow the action at all.
