Another Signature Question

This question doesn't have to do with Acrobat per se but I want to post a form on my website that visitors will fill out and then sign. Since I have no way of knowing who will be signing the form I don't think a digital signature profile will work. What I'd like to do is get some advice from more experienced form developers here on how I can let visitors sign the form and it be a legal and binding signature?

I have found a few forms online that only require the signee to sign with a specifc word or numbers (their choice). Any help would be appreciated.

A signature is legally binding if it identifies the person and shows intent. Of course nothing is perfect. Opinions are all over the map on this one. I've been to lots of sites that want you too type your email address twice for the signature. It all depends on how important it is too you. If it's really really important you should have them print, sign, and then fax or mail it too you. Everything else is less potent legally.
