Any way to give distributed forms a better file name?

Application just adds "0001" suffix to the form distributed.

1. What happens if you have 10K plus distributions?
2. Any way to embed some information about recipient (e.g. email address or name) in the name of the distributed file? How about at least something like the date the form was sent (in the file name)?

Have you looked at all the functionality for managing information in the Response file. You can filter information (i.e., Name) and then export to Excel or Archive to an individual PDF. This might help you address some of these issues.
