In FormCalc you can use the "Date2Num()" function to convert your inputted number to the number of days since the Epoch date, base date used for LiveCycle Designer's date calculations. You can then subtract the necessary days to this value to obtain the day number for each of your previous 14 days. Once you obtain this number, you can use "Num2Date()" function to populate the various date fields with the date string as you want it formatted. Using this script in the "Exit" event for the inputted date field will let you perform all the calculations at one time and you can use a control loop to compute each day and depending upon how you name your fields, you can even calculate the field name based on the control loop's counter.
