Automatic Save As name

Hello

Is there a way to place a code in a form that would generate an automatic Save As name (taken from a field in the form) when the user clicks on "Save As..."?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.3.1, Windows

Only if the "Save as..." is a button in the form, or a special menu item added with a folder-level script, not if it's Acrobat's built-in Save As function.
