Good day, I am new to this board and hope someone can help.

We have some data from old legacy mainframe systems. We can currently convert them to PDF and upload to PC.

Some of these files have to have watermarks put on them.

Is there a way (based on a set filename), that when they are being converted to PDF, that a predefined watermark could be applied to each page?

Thank you for any help in this and have a pleasant day.

Acrobat Pro 8.1.2, Windows

Hi johnmolina,

You could use a Batch Process to add watermarks to the PDFs after conversion- a Batch Process can be run on selected files, a folder of PDF files, or multiple folders of PDF files. This is not exactly what you are asking for since it does not happen automatically during conversion to PDF, but Batch Processing can save time by applying the watermarks to many files at once.

Hope this helps,

Dimitri
