Yes, you can do this with a PDF Portfolio in Acrobat 10 File > Create > PDF Portfolio or Acrobat 9 File > Create PDF Portfolio. Add your PDFs to the Portfolio, then attach that new file to an email.

Hi Kelly,

I think I was not clear enough... I receive numerous emails (50-75) each day and with those emails multiple pdf file are attach. What I'm looking for is a way to make, automatically in Outlook or other, regroup the multiple files under a unique file for eache email receive.

Thanks to answer !

It sounds like you want to replace multiple PDF file attachments with a single PDF file attachment that is a combination of the multiple attachments. If I am interpreting your question correctly, we have no tools for that.

However, if you are looking to have a single file archive for each email, you can use the PDFMaker in Outlook to convert the selected messages to PDF. The messages will end up as individual PDF files inside a PDF Portfolio but you can easily select them all and drag them to your desktop to create individual PDFs for each message with the original PDF attachments inside.

Take a look at the video below for a demo.

Hi Joel,
Thanks to give your comments... I am disappointed this feature does not exist because if we could use a tool like this it would drastically improve our workflow. By the end of 2011 my company expect an important increase of incoming email volume and we need to solve that issue.
Thanks anyway
