Having backwards compatability issues. Not everyone in our company has latest reader. Have date calculation fields that are not working in previous versions. Since this is an enterprise-wide scenario, not everyone has admin rights to download latest reader. Any thoughts/solutions? thanks.

You might want to code the date field in an older version of Acrobat and test it for use with the older version through the most recent release of Acrobat.

After resolving the problem you might want to talk to the IT people about getting all users in your company up to date with the newest release of Adobe Reader. Problems will persist if you use some newer features in Acrobat 8 that aren't supported in older viewer versions.
