Running Adobe Acrobat Pro 10.1.1
 
I use a pre-filled form. 2 of the fields have field expansion marks on the right-bottom corner. Even better, it they appear on printed output too. I've used this form for the past 6 months; no issues. The field properties are consistent with fields that don't show a black mark as I've described. What changed? Perhaps the latest update? Help.

Try slightly enlarging the fields, to see if it goes away. I've seen it happen at times and it doesn't make sense, but got corrected when I tried this.
