Calculating subtotal, shipping, tax and total in a form

I've created an 8 page form with multiple sections. The subtotal field adds the amount of the totals from each section. On the subtotal, I need to calculate a 10% shipping charge and 5% GST and then generate a total.

If I enter a quantity in one field the way I have it set up now, it will calculate the subtotal and total but does not calculate shipping or tax. Once I enter a quantity into a second field, it's only then that the shipping and tax calculates on the amount of the first quantity I entered.

Can anyone tell me what I'm missing or how to do this properly?

Have you checked the order of you calculations?

Acrobat forms does not logially assign them, so one sometimes needs to change the order assumed by Acrobat.

This doesn't seem to be making a difference. I now have the subtotal and 10% shipping charge calculating a total but it's now by-passing the tax field. Only does the tax field calculate upon entering a second quantity but only calculates the percentage on the first quantity entered.

Thoughts?
