I'm making multiple combo boxes that are the same for each room and want to know if there is a way I can copy it to use for every room on my form?

Sure you can. Just select one (e.g., with the Select Object tool) and copy & paste it to the page you want the copy be placed on. You should then rename the new field.An alternative is to right-click on the field and select "Place Multiple Fields". This will automatically rename the fields.
