I am making an annonymous questionnaire for our employes. Is there some way I can prevent having more than one answer per employe?

How are the forms or form data being sent back to you?

The forms are sent through adobe.com.

In the Distribute forms dialog the box with "Registrate name and e-mail adress from recipients for optimal tracing" is deselected.
