I have a form that has many yes of no questions using Radio Buttons. If a user answers Yes to some of the questions, I would like to have some of the subsequent text change color. Is it possible to do that uing a Radio Button action ?

If the text is part of the running text of the PDF, then no. If it's text inside a text form field, then yes.
