Can Required Fields do this

I'd like to do a few things I cant figure out with required fields:

I'd like to be able to force the user to choose one of two checkboxes -- choosing the yes box or no box is required. Any way to group them this way?

If that works, I'd like to have a more comples order where if a certain "No" box is checked, the user must choose at lease one of a group of 10 or 15 checkboxes to explain why they clicked "No."

Can Acrobat do this?

What you describe (the first issue) needs to be done with radio-buttons, not check-boxes.
Radio-buttons are by definition grouped so that only one of them can be selected. Checkboxes are supposed to function independently of one another.

Thanks; what about issue 2 -- having two groups of radio buttons. If you select a certain button on group one (the no button), then you are obligated to choose one of the following set. If you choose yes, the following set is disabled...
