Cannot select field for calculation

I have a simple calculation I'm trying to create, but cannot select individual fields that are listed in the "Field Selection" dialog box. The only option that works is "Select All" which does select all the fields.

It's my first time creating a calculated field in Windows 7 using Acrobat 9.3.2. All I'm trying to do is select 8 fields to sum in the 9th field. I'm editing the fields in Acrobat, not LiveCycle.

Anyone have any tips on how to select the individual fields? Clicking the fields with the mouse doesn't enable the field.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.3.1, Windows

Can you go to the left side listing of fields and select individual fields?

Make sure the the mouse pointer is in the center of the select box and use the left mouse click. You may need to try more than once.

Yes, I can go to the left side listing the fields. I can select the fields so the field is highlighted in blue. I finally was able to select the check box, after clicking the box at least a dozen times.

For each check box.

Honestly. This is the most difficult selection I've ever made.

Thanks for the help - I would have never considered clicking so many times within the checkbox.

Try this...

Problem:
The display size is set to an amount greater than 100% on Windows 7.

Solution:
1. Right click on an empty location within your Desktop
2. Choose "Personalize"
3. Choose "Display" (at the end left column)
4. Set the font size to "Smaller-100% (default)"

Then, after logging off the computer and the logging back on try the checkboxes again. They should be MUCH EASIER to check!

This is solving a number of issues that are appearing at our work for Windows 7 users. I was able to duplicate the problem you experienced while using Acrobat 9 Pro on Windows 7. Checking the boxes was nearly impossible.
