Can't distribute form with Acrobat.com from behind proxy

I am attempting to "automatically download and organize responses" to a form with Acrobat.com. I am working on Acrobat 9 pro on Windows 7. After putting in my Acrobat.com username and password, I get an error: cannot connect to server. I believe this is because my office is behind a web proxy. The proxy is set up as a system proxy. Is there a way to set up a proxy for Acrobat 9? I saw that the Adobe updater does not support a proxy. Any help would be appreciated.

Michael

UPDATE: Internet Explorer 8 is not able to log in to Acrobat.com. The Acrobat.com security certificate comes up as untrusted, and when I try to log in I get the following message: Acrobat.com could not contact the server to complete your action.

Since Windows 7 uses Internet Explorer settings as system settings, this explains why Acrobat cannot connect. Is this a known issue? Please advise.

What version of Acrobat are you using? 9.2 was the first update to officially support Windows 7.

I'm on version 9.3.0, so that's not the issue. Thanks though.

Have you tried setting Acrobat.com to a trusted site in IE?

That did it! I added https://acrobat.com as a trusted site. Thanks!
