Can't edit form

I created a form with Acrobat9, enabled users to be able to edit and save the form, but for some reason after I close the form for editing, I can't even edit it, let alone save my edits. I have a feeling I am missing something very obvious, but I can't figure it out. Does anyone have any thoughts?

Use the Form Wizard to edit form fields.
