Carry the form field value to an action button

hi,

I have created an Action button in which I compose a mail using the "mailto " javascript command and have to enter text in the body where I want to use two form field values from my form in a pdf.

How do I do that ?

Please I am new to Adobe and Javascripting.

EG.

I have an DocumentId in the pdf form which i want to take in the body message of the email i am composing as "Document Number A/12334 has been approved" kind of a message where 'A/12334' is the value of a form field DocumentNumber.
