change wording to recipient when submitting a form via email

Here's the wording that is automatic.

"The attached file contains data that was entered into a form. It is not the form itself.

The recipient of this data file should save it locally with a unique name. Adobe Acrobat Professional 7 or later can process this data by importing it back into the blank form or creating a spreadsheet from several data files. See Help in Adobe Acrobat Professional 7 or later for more details."

I would like to actually have the person who fills out the form save it in their name before clicking submit button. That way, the organization's recipient that processes the form will already know who it is, not the generic file name. No need to do a save as then.

If that can't happen, then I want the email text to be either blank or change the wording to this:

"The attached file is my membership application to be processed. Please confirm my online or check payment has been received. I look forward to getting involved in your organization. Thank you."

Can anyone help with this?

Does anyone have the solution to the above question? But the wording in the email text when submitting the form is:

Form Returned: Art&Conservation2011CallToArtistsEntryFormonly.pdfThe attached file is the filled-out form. Please open it to review the data.

I want to change the wording. How do I do this?

Also, want to have person fill in the form save it in his name before click submit button. How do that do that so the form that is open is in his name, and ready to submit is there.

I have the form in a portfolio that is set up to only submit the form. But I can't find a way to have a person change the form file name first before clicking submit button.

Any advice?
