Changing the Default Return Address When Hitting Submit Form

I've created an order form for my customers whereby when they hit the SUBMIT FORM button a window pops up that shows my email address.

I don't want my email address to be shown but a different one. I can't figure out how to change that.

With the Select Object tool (black cursor), right-click the button and select Properties.
Go to the Actions tab, and then edit the action under Mouse Up.

Unfortunately I'm talking about the submit form button you get when you use Distribute Forms...
And not a button I would've created myself.

I'm starting think that I might just have to do that and not use Distribute forms.
