I would like to change the default text in the purple bar along the top of the form to something other then whats there.

The current text is "Please fill out the following form. If you are a form author, choose Distribute Form in the Forms menu to send it to your recipients."

I don't want my customers/users to see this as it will likely cause confusion. Is there anyway I can change it to a message of my choice?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.0, Windows

I don't know of a way to change it. If your users are mostly using Reader, it probably says something else that has less potential for confusion.
