I have a form that some users will fill electronically, and others will print, sign and scan. How do I give info in the Default Value field, but when they print, I want the field to be blank if they haven't modified the default value.

You can use the 'Will Print' and 'Did Print' document actions to modify the properties of the fields to either hide the field or clear the field before printing and restoring them after printing. You cold alternatively make the field is 'visible but not printable' until the default value is replaced.

Thanks for the speedy response. Can you please give me more info on the 2nd solution? How do I tell Acro to only print if the default value is modified? I am not familiar with scripts, but see that I will likely need to one here.
