Changing the instruction panel content Acrobat 9

In Acrobat 9, the line below the tool bart and above the PDF document (brightly colored purple background) text starts with "Please fill out the following form....". How do I change the wording on this panel please? Have spent hours looking on line for the fix....so now to the experts.....help?

Unfortunately it's not possible to change the text of the Document Message Bar.
