Check box entry is selecting multiple check boxes

I created a form from a Word 2007 document. It has several columns where I've put checkboxes that are just big enough for the check box. Each checkbox has a unique name (Checkbox 1, Checkbox 2, etc).

I tested it and each check box could be selected individually.

I then saved the form so that the it could be saved by the user (enable Acrobat Reader saving) after they fill it out.

Now, when I open the "saveable" version and select one of the check boxes, it selects ALL of the check boxes!

How can I get it to select each check box individually again?

Very odd. Which version of Reader are the users using?
Also, check the names of the checkboxes. If it's something like Checkbox.1 , Checkbox.2 , Checkbox.3 , etc. (notice the dot between the word and number), then that might be the reason.

I figured it out; it was the naming of the fields. They had been "grouped" when I had selected all of them to alter their properties. I changed them to have unique names and they each can be selected independently. Thanks!
