I'm using Acrobat Pro 7.0 on Windows XP. I've created a form with numerous check boxes, but when I open the form in Reader 8 and check one, they all check. How do I get it to let me check just one (or a few)? Thanks--

Use radio buttons instead of check boxes.

The export values must be unique.

Set the appearance using any of the options.

Note: When a Radio button is selected, it can only be disabled by selecting another Radio button.
