I would like to use "check marks" on a form instead of radio buttons, but I need them to perform the same function as a radio button.

In other words, If I have a row of 3 options for the user to select just one, I need the "check mark" to only populate that option, and automatically deselect any other option (just like a radio button)... How can I do that?
