Chinese fonts display wrong

When I try to enter Chinese characters into a form they display wrong. It only displays half the character, below the bottom of the form line. I've installed the chinese character packs for adobe acrobat X. Same thing happens when I copy/paste chinese characters.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Standard 10.0.1, Windows

This problem remains 6 months later. Any hope for a resolution?

I've completely given up on Adobe. Foxit Reader worked perfectly for me, with the added ability to save a form partially filled out, so I could edit it again at a later date.
