Circle Text when clicked

Let's say I have the text "Yes / No". When somebody clicks on Yes it makes a a circle around "Yes" or something that indicates that "Yes" has been clicked. How would I do this?

Why not use the check box or radio button and set the option that changes the display of the check box or radio button?

Yea actually I just tried that out. I created a Check Box and when clicked it would make a circle but that circle is placed over the "Y" for "Yes". I want it to outline "Y". I was hoping there was some javascript out there to do it. Thanks!
