Combining PDF forms, batch removing reader extended rights

I'm relatively new at Acrobat, but I have been working on a form to use for the accounts payable department. It is inserted at the beginning of each invoice, filled out, and stamped for approval by several different people.

Ultimately, several invoice packets (invoices + approval form) are combined so I have been using the 'Flatten Fields and Comments' action (from the Actions Exchange) so that they don't lose their unique data. However, prior to that, I have to save as reader extended since most of the people reviewing the invoices only have Adobe Reader.

The problem is that in order to flatten the fields, I have to save a copy to remove the additional reader rights. Is there a way to batch save as a copy so that I won't have to save each individual PDF?

Alternatively, is there anyway to remove the field names so that they won't want to combine all of the entered data without having to change the form every time?

Any other suggestions would be great! I appreciate any help!

There's no automated access to the "Save a Copy" menu item - Adobe prefer certain things to be done in LiveCycle, hence the automation API in Acrobat is engineered to make some types of bulk processing work difficult.
