Is it possible to distribute a form for signatures and then compile them into one form with all signatures?
I am using AA 9 STD.
The form has individual places for each person to sign (i.e. Director of Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, etc.).

However, you could set up a workflow for sequential signing, where the document goes from one person to the other. That would be the "cleanest" way to do it (in a paper workflow, you would do exactly the same).
Or, you could collect the signed copies in a PDF Portfolio.
But in order to do that, you would need Acrobat Pro.
