Completing form fields and saving file

Hello:
 
I'm new to Acrobat 8 Pro. I have a PDF form where I created a few text fields. I sent the document to a person to complete. The person has Acrobat Reader 8. They were able to fill-in the fields but they were not able to save the file so they can email it back to me.
 
What do I do to fix my form so that people who do not have Standard or Pro are able to complete the forms, save them, print them, and email them?

You need to use the Advanced > Enable Usage Rights in Adobe Reader menu command to add special rights for Reader users.ted
