Conditional formatting based on value selected in a drop down list

Hi I am new to using Adobe forms. I have a form that I am creating that has several drop down fields yes/no/NA. What I would like to do is if the user selects Yes for that file a reminder message will be displayed next to it to remind the user to fill out additional questions regarding that response.
