Can I copy a full paragraph from a word document or a table from a spreadsheet into a form's field?

Sure you can, but don't expect a lot from a copy & paste from a spreadsheet.It would probably make sense to set the text field to Multi-line, and perhaps Allow Rich Text Formatting.
