I have several student surveys (responses) , that now when I open them all I see is the orignal form.

they were created in Acrobat pro 9.0 . They were looking good 5 - 30 students survey for each couse and I had 70 courses.

They are no longer showing up under the forms received in tracking.

I dont know whether the files got corrupeted when I stopped collection or when My computer crashed & had to be rebuilt. My files were stored on the college server after they download from
acrobat.com so they should not have been effected but were.

Is there any way to retreive them from acrobat.com again

Thank for any help .

They should all still be at Acrobat.com. Just login to your account.

Hmm, you may have a big issue. If the files are still on the college server I can't imagine how they were corrupted. But even so, they may be fixable, and all you really need is the data. In fact, it's much better to save the data than it is the form for this very reason.

You need to get your files to someone who will know how to analyze the issue. You could try posting this to the Job board, and I would suggest contacting Adobe support and telling them what happened. I don't think they'll be able to help you directly but at least they'll know about the issue.
