Create form in Acrobat

Hi.
I'm new to Acrobat and I want to create a pdf form (Acroform), but I can't find the way of doing it. I've been searching around, and I find receipts as Tools -> Advanced editing -> Forms or Tools -> Forms, but I can't find anything. I'm running Adobe Acrobat 9.0.

If the indicator of your Acrobat version is correct, you would start a new form with a base document, and then menu Forms --> Add or edit Fields.This will bring you into the forms edit mode, where you can add and modifiy fields.

If you are not in Acrobat 9, let us know the Acrobat Pro version you are using.
