I'm collecting form data on our internal server, and using a responses file to gather and tabulate the responses. Now I have a need to create a PDF of each of the responses, each with a unique name, automatically.

In other words, in the responses "portfolio", I'd like to do something like the "File > Save Files from Portfolio" command, but since the portfolio consists of form responses, each "file" in the portfolio has the same name, so they can't all be saved out automatically to a folder.

Anyone have any ideas?

You can simply select all of the responses in the list (or just the ones you want) and drag them out of the responses Portfolio. Acrobat will create a new PDF file with a unique name for each record based on the original file name plus "from" plus the name of the responder. For example....

0_AquoITFeedbackForm_distributed from Akira Tanaka.pdf
0_AquoITFeedbackForm_distributed from Conrad Simms.pdf
0_AquoITFeedbackForm_distributed from Corey Rose.pdf
