Creating an interactive table of contents

I have 12 different folders, with 3 - 20 files in each folder (all files are PDF in each folder). I would like to create an interactive table of contents where a user can see a list of all the files in each folder and just click on that file to access it. Is this possible with Adobe Acrobate Professional??? and HOW? Please Help!! LLM

You can use bookmarks or the link tool to create a TOC within Acrobat.
There is a tutorial on this at:

Or if you use LiveCycle Designer you can create a dynamic TOC. There is a sample of how to do this at:
