Creating links in highlighting pop-up

Hello Everyone,

My name is Amber and I'm new to the forum. I was trying to find out if it possible to create a link in the highlighting pop-up box. I make a lot of large handbooks and want a way to draw attention to new information.

I was thinking when information is updated, it would be a good idea to use the highlighting function in the table of contents. Then, put a link in the pop-up box to the page view where the information can be found.

If there is a way to do it, I would love to find out how. If not, I guess it's not that big a deal since I can still highlight and link seperately. I do think this concept would be both aesthetically pleasing and effective though.
