Creating a test

I would like to create a multichoise test in PDF. I do not need to gather the information from the tests in a work sheet or anything, but the person who takes the test need to be informed if he/her have passed or not. I think the easiest way is to create a "Diploma" in the PDF document that he/her can print out, and will reed PASSED. I learned earlier that Javascript was the tool to use, but is there an easier way today ?. I just need a push in the right direction (use forms in Acrobat 9 , presenter or designer ??)

This can get pretty complex pretty fast depending upon how and what you want to provide.

Acrobat Forms and JavaScript are still your best option, in my opinion.
If you want, you can contact me personally. I can set it up for you.

Thank you both very much for the input. I will start looking into forms and how it works. Then I might just take you (try67) up on that offer :-)
