Custom Buttons not working in Windows

I've got a PDF "main menu" with a series of custom buttons on it. Each button opens up a PDF in a new window. Each support PDF is sitting in a folder on the same root level as the main menu pdf. Everything works perfectly on the Mac, but on Windows, none of the buttons work. Sometimes you see the color shift I set up on mouse click, but the supporting PDFs never open. Any ideas? I've built everything on a Mac using Acrobat Pro 9.3.4 Thanks.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro Extended 9.3.1, Windows

What type of action, exactly, have you set up for the buttons? What version of Acrobat/Reader is on the Windows machine?

I'm just using and open file command on MouseUp in the button properties window. Windows machine was running Acrobat 9...may have just been Reader, I can't remember.

Open File type actions were never really meant for opening other PDFs. Use a "Go to page view" type action preferentially. But this is not likely to be the source of your problem. Folks have reported that the most recent update (9.3.4) has had adverse effects on links, so it would be nice to know exactly which version is being used on Windows.
