Custom Form Question

Okay so I'm a college student and dabble in making .pdf character sheets for friends that roleplay and I was trying to do something new with the latest request. I'm tinkering with custom calculations. Is it possible to make a form calculation that's not mathematical in nature?

Like if you choose "blue" from box1's drop down menu box2 shows a preset response like "green".

Bit of a crude example but hope that expresses the question well enough.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 8.1.3, Windows

Hi nahpishtim,

Yes, you can. Read the article at the link below, it includes links for downloadable PDFs that do what you want to do, choose text from a dropdown and then populate another field with a text result.

Hope this helps,

Unfortunately the above script is a little out of my league at this moment. Is there a more simplistic option for individual forms instead of document wide scripts? Like If variables?

if Form_1A = blue then Form_1B is Green if does not = blue then Form_1B is Yellow

Unfortunately the above script is a little out of my league at this moment.
