Hi, please see below for a preamble

"Documents Served (exactly as it should appear on affidavit of service): _____________
______________________________________________________________________"

"Documents Served (exactly as it should appear on affidavit of service)" is the unchangeable text. And the dashed lines is where the text has to be added.

Question..How can i add a continuous field in the dashed line, for entering the text??
I ve added two fields as a solution. but the text to be entered is continuous. Can anyone please help me??/

Acrobat Pro 9.1.1, Windows

You could make one field with the multi-line option, but the field will need to be rectangular in shape, so you will lose the short line or you need to do a lot of programinng and letter counting.
