data entries deleted in fillable form

I have a fillable form that I created in Adobe 7...Now when I fill out the form fields and scroll to the next page all entries are wiped before I can do anything...There is no security on the form! Has anybody come across this problem before and is there a fix?

Are there any page open or page exit JavaScripts or actions that are modifying the form?

There is no javascripts with this form...only two SUM calculations and the rest are just text fields of varying sizes. Thanks!
