Data in Form filled in 6.0 not showing up in 8.0, but OK in 9.0...

I've got a fillable form that someone had previously completed adding data in Acrobat 6.0. When I opened in Acrobat 8.0 the fields are all empty. In 9.0 the data is still there. Is there some way to make these forms show inputted data when opened in Acrobat 8.0? I've updated AA 8 to the most current updates on the Adobe website but that didn't help.

Thanks...

How did you create this form? Acrobat or Designer? What version?

The form is a government insurance form for construction use. Not sure what is was originally created in, but it was filled in with Adobe 6.x.

Can you post a link to the URL of the form?

It sounds like you're experiencing some incompatibility with older versions of Acrobat. The form that you point to was created in LC Designer and requires at least Acrobat and/or Reader 7.05 or greater to fill out.
This issue probably started when the form was filled out in Acrobat 6. Can you export form data from the Acrobat 6 file and then re-import into the form in Acrobat 8?
