Hello -
I am trying to create a timesheet in Acrobat. I have all of the fileds calculating as they should, but would like to be able to put the first day of the pay period in the first box and have the other 13 boxes autofill. Is this even possible in Acrobat?

Acrobat Pro 9.1.1, Windows

Yes, but you will need to write a custom calculation script. See Thom Parkers tutorials on working with date and time in JavaScript.
