Date Field to populate into other fields

This is my first posting and I am new to form fields. I am using Acrobat Pro 8 and its a single page form.

My first box on the form is a Date Field. When I put in my date (mm,dd,yr) I want it to populate 8 other date boxes automatically. I have searched the forum, but nothing has helped.

Give the fields the same name and the value will appear in all the fields.
