difficulty filling and returning forms?

I am "VERY" new to this.

My first interest is to develop fillable forms to help me evaluate candidates for jobs. (I do recruiting). I used the form wizard to create my questionnaire/form.

When I sent it to my candidates, I got 1 of 3 responses. (1) "completed and submitted" = great, (2) "couldn't open file" = ?? and (3) "I completed questionnaire but when clicked the submit form button, nothing happened." = now what?

Do my candidates need certain Adobe software? What is their solution? Is the "download this required software button" available to put on my form? Or, am I way off base here?

I’m not trying to do something difficult. My goal is to send a form the user can open, fill, and send back to me.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

Just sending out the forms, with no other special processing, will require you clients to have a Standard version of Acrobat or other full PDF processin appliction. If your useres have Reader, you will need to distrubute an "Extended Rights Enabled" form. If you use Acrobat to add these additional rights, the EUL limits you to 500 distributions of any given form.
