I have distributed a pdf and been tracker for a few weeks. Now I have new responses according to my tracker screen but none of those responses will file into my responses page. Do you know why?
Please help.

Try this:

1. Open Tracker
2. Click on 'View Responses' link on right hand side pane
3. Click on 'Add' button after the responses file opens up
4. Select the forms returned from participants and click OK

Sounds like a similar problem to what I am having. Where is the responses file? It does not open for me automatically when I click add. Also when I click update, it says no new responses found.

Sorry let me be a bit more clear. The box opens up for adding the responses but there is nothing in the box to select despite that fact that tracker is saying I have 7 new responses.

I have the responses open...normally everything just fills into that file. Now....nothing is updating.

Why?
Please help.

I don't suppose there is any way someone can find out if Adobe is actually looking into the "Adobe Server" issue? It has been 2 days now that I have not been able to get any new responses from my forms with my tracker number increasing in the number of responses that are there.
