A is a qty/unit, B is a dollar amout $25/10= c (per unit)2.50

In field C, under the Calculation tab, enter this as the Simple Notation script:

Be careful, division by zero can result with an answer like 'NaN' (Not a Number), 'Infinity', or '-Infinity'. You may need to use a custom calculation script to control the execution of the calculation only when the divisor is not zero or null. A null value is treated the same way as a numeric zero in calculations.
