This Document Could Not Be Reader Enabled

Trying to give users that only have Reader the ability to complete a form I created in LiveCycle and then save it. My understanding was to click File, Save As, Reader Extended PDF, and then Enable Additional Features. When I do this, it shows the save status bar at the bottom and after it finishes, I get "This document could not be reader enabled." What can I do about this?
 
I'm using Acrobat 10.1.1
